Press Console Monitor
The Press Console Monitor controls the entire line from the paster to the folder delivery. The operator can check the press and the status of its variable settings. An interactive diagnostic self-help identifies possible problems along with explanations and causes.
Print Copy Monitor
Print copy shows output from a 16-page press. Compare print to proof, check register marks, control strips, density, dots; manual or scanning densitometer. Magnifying the printed dots is a good way start to problem analysis. In this example, the doubling is caused by poor tension, not by density.
